1. Definitions

"Service" refers to the financial education programs, courses, and website operated by amberonver. "User" or "you" refers to any individual who accesses our website or participates in our programs. "We," "us," or "our" refers to amberonver, a business registered in Bangkok, Thailand. "Content" refers to all materials, text, images, and resources provided through our website and programs. "Agreement" refers to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website or enrolling in any of our programs, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services. You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services or participate in our programs. By using our services, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

3. Service Description

amberonver provides financial education programs delivered through in-person sessions at our Bangkok location. Our services include the Wealth Preservation Education program, Digital Finance Navigation Course, and Financial Coaching for Women. Programs are educational in nature and do not constitute personal financial advice, investment advice, or recommendations to buy or sell any financial product.

4. User Responsibilities

When using our website or participating in our programs, you agree to provide accurate information when submitting forms or registering for courses, to respect the confidentiality of other participants' personal information shared during sessions, to use course materials only for personal educational purposes, to behave respectfully toward instructors and fellow participants, and not to reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit our course materials without written permission.

You agree not to use our website for any unlawful purpose, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, submit false or misleading information through our contact forms, or use any content from our site for commercial purposes without authorization.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on our website and in our course materials — including text, graphics, templates, frameworks, and other resources — is the property of amberonver and is protected under Thai copyright law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use course materials for personal educational purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our materials without prior written consent.

6. Enrolment and Payment

Course fees are listed in Thai Baht (฿) on our website and are subject to change. Payment is required prior to the start of a program unless alternative arrangements have been agreed in writing. All prices include course materials, access to demonstration tools (where applicable), and refreshments during sessions.

Refund requests made more than 14 days before the program start date will be honoured in full. Requests made between 7 and 14 days before start will receive a 50% refund. Requests within 7 days of the start date are not eligible for a refund, though we may offer a transfer to a future session at our discretion.

7. Course-Specific Terms

Our programs are educational and do not confer professional certifications, diplomas, or degrees. Completion of a course does not qualify participants to provide financial advice to others. Materials and frameworks provided during courses are for personal reference and should not replace consultation with a qualified financial professional for specific financial decisions.

We reserve the right to modify course content, schedules, or instructors when necessary due to unforeseen circumstances, provided the overall scope and quality of the program remain consistent.

8. Disclaimers

Our educational services are provided on an "as is" basis. While we strive to deliver accurate and up-to-date information, we do not warrant that all content is complete, current, or free from errors. Nothing in our programs should be interpreted as personal financial advice. Financial decisions should always be made in consultation with a qualified professional who understands your individual circumstances.

We do not make representations about specific financial outcomes that may result from applying knowledge gained in our programs.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Thai law, amberonver shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or participation in our programs. Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific program giving rise to the claim.

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, pandemics, or infrastructure failures.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless amberonver, its instructors, and staff from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of course materials, or any financial decisions you make based on information learned in our programs.

11. Termination

We may terminate your access to our website or remove you from a program if you violate these Terms and Conditions, engage in disruptive behavior during sessions, or breach the confidentiality of other participants. In cases of termination for cause, no refund will be provided.

You may withdraw from a program at any time, subject to the refund conditions outlined in Section 6 above.

12. Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms shall first be addressed through informal negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached informally within 30 days, either party may pursue resolution through the Thai courts with jurisdiction in Bangkok.

13. General Provisions

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and amberonver regarding the use of our services. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. We may not assign or transfer these Terms without your consent, except in connection with a business reorganization.

14. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
